Brand Aid was recently hired by a top five pharmaceutical manufacturer to develop a Patient Experience using EPiServer tm, an enterprise-level CMS. The project includes development of project back-end fworkflows for approval, global implementation and localization strategy, creative design, wireframes, content development and approval, SEO and website development. The webstie is optimized and responsive to desktop, atablet, and cellphone experiences. Localizations are supported by a country specific URL and translations. A built in form builder and data tool allows for protocol specific patient pre-screening.

To measure ROI the website is integrated to create a Dashboard for back-end users, which provides metrics in areas like acquisition, media cost and social media monitoring and advertising.

Hospital System Website

Brand Aid implemented a CMS website integrating all necessary functionality across 12 hospitals, and outpatient centers. We created 2,000 core pages of strategic SEO copy/content and integrated them with a Syndicated content library, including articles, videos, and evaluation tools. We structured 3 databases within the CMS. By optimizing internal and external SEO, we were able to triple the site page authority ranking. We created measurable CTA’s on every page, related to disease, condition, service, and location. Built  a custom analytics dashboard to measure ROI. The system now has multiple admin roles, enabling timely updates. Entire project timeline was 6 months.

eCRM

Brand Aid was hired to conduct 250 patient outreach meetings for an orthopedics manufacturer. Brand Aid created a portal to coordinate speakers and venues, as well as drove attendance with eCRM marketing automation software, Marketo tm.

Social Media Training

A top five pharmaceutical company hired Brand Aid Digital to bring their social media guidelines and training to life. Brand Aid developed a global program that addressed the basics. The programming was customized with client specific case studies and guidelines. The deliverables included a series of 11 modules, assessments and SCORM compliant formatting. Brand Aid also has developed advanced training programs for HR, corporate communications, marketing and legal audiences.
