Persona Development

Brand Aid user persona development considers different user types within a targeted demographic, attitude and/or behavior set that might use a site, brand or product. Personas work together with market segmentation and tagging strategy, and are useful in considering the goals, desires, and limitations of audiences. As such, personas are an integral part of a user-centered design process.
Brand Aid user personas are synthesized from data collected from interviews with users and the market research team. They are captured and described to include behavior patterns, skills, attitudes, goals, and context. The persona and their pathway is validated during the usability study that can be conducted live or virtually online.
